Employee should have an organized system for suggestions and complaints. Supervisor and department heads must be qualified and fair-minded. There must be opportunity for advancement for those qualified and each person must be considered an individual standing on his won dignity and merit.
Our third responsibility is to our management. Our executives must be persons of talent, education, experience and ability. They must be person of common sense and full understanding.
Our fourth responsibility is to the communities in which we live. We must be good citizen, support good works and as much as possible charity.
We must try to promote civic improvement, education and help our local communities as much as possible,
Our fifth and last responsibility is to our stock holders. We are a private business and we must try to make profits. At the same time, we must be creative, increase the research, be adventurous and do less amount of mistakes as possible.
Adverse time must be overcome together, whenever possible new machines must be purchased, new plants built, new products launched and new plan developed. We must experiment new ideas.
When these results have been achieved, our stockholders should receive a fair return. We are determined with the help of God’s Grace to follow all this list and comply with all this points, to fulfill these obligations to the best of our ability.
